Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from the Wilson Family. We have so much to be thankful for, this year. I began to recap the year, but realized the past blog postings have done all the work for me.

So, in light of a Christmas letter summary, I'll write on a couple things I'm looking forward to in the coming year. I'm very much looking forward to meeting my niece, Taylen. She's expected to have her very first birthday in mid Feb. Dan I are learning our new roles within Level 3, thanks to our fortunate promotions. Finally, I'm looking forward to all the amazing things Parker will learn and say. As these wonderful events take place, I'll keep this blog updated.

We wish you many Christmas blessings and may God keep you safe and healthy in 2010.

Take me out to the ball game! 9.26.09

Last night we went to the Rockies vs. Cardinal baseball game. It took over 2 hours to get to our seats from when we left our house, but it was well worth the wait. We made it just in time to watch the Rockies win the game. Parker saw everyone clapping and stood as tall as he could and clapped & laughed. We met up with Pop & BG for the firework show. Parker didn't make a move the entire show. He said he "loved the colors!" It was a very fun night and Parker had a blast!

Parker LOVES his splash table!

Since he got his set of golf clubs, he has been playing every day. Yesterday was his first hole in one! It's surprising how good he really is.

Last weekend, we went to Kansas to see grandparents Wilson. We went to the fair and rode the horses (three times), the planes, cars, and train. On Sunday, Uncle Rick took us out on his tractor. Parker loved to turn the wheel and "pick it up and dump it!" (insert hand gestures here)

God Parents take us to the Zoo

Today we went to the zoo! Parker had a great time looking at all the animals. We saw elephants, watched the seals swim, visited the rainforest area, and walked through a big bird house. But, parker loved the monkeys and the bears!

This past weekend, we went to Kansas for a family wedding. On Saturday morning Aunt Renee and Uncle Andy went with us to the park. Parker loved to run up and down the ramp, climb up the stairs, crawl through the tunnel and of course slide! He had so much fun!

Aunt Renee and Uncle Andy help Parker take the short-cut...over and over.

Later that day was the wedding reception. Parker loved playing outside with his cousins. Parker and Logan walked down to the pond to throw in rocks.

Mom and Parker danced!

Parker ran up a small hill and rolled down...over and over.

Torrey Pines

We spent the morning hiking in Torrey Pines. There were several hikes along the coast that took a few hours to explore. A nice woman stopped on the trail and took several pictures of us. After hiking, we went to La Jollia to eat lunch. At our resturant we saw the same woman that took our picture. She recognized us and said she owend the resturant. It had great food and we sat on a beautiful patio covered in potted flowers.
